We are always grateful to receive your comments about your experiences with Honey Brothers. Whether it's good or bad, a complaint or praise we benefit from listening to you so that we can improve what we do.

Our Aim

We have a personal commitment to making your experience of Honey Brothers both enjoyable and memorable for the right reasons. We can't promise we will always be able to satisfy your every need but we will act quickly to rectify any problem you may encounter.

What to expect

We appreciate all comments and take complaints very seriously. If we promised to do something and did not fulfil it, or for any reason you feel you have been unfairly treated then please let us know. We always try to respond within 10 days, however we will write to you and acknowledge your complaint and let you know what action we intend to take.

Taking it further

If it is felt that the complaint has not been dealt with properly, then the customer services manager should be advised. The manager and/or the relevant director will review the complaint and try to resolve it.
