Honey Brothers stock a wide range of the Husqvarna product range. All Husqvarna items on this website are subject to the ‘Husqvarna Professional Hand-over Policy’ that we, as an official Husqvarna dealer, must abide by.
Husqvarna feel that the best service to their customers is achieved through face-to-face contact with their local Husqvarna dealer. This ensures that you obtain the correct machine, with the relevant proper instruction, and that you are familiar with all the information regarding safe operation of that machine. As a result, this hand-over policy places restrictions on us regarding the delivery of Husqvarna machinery purchased on our website, unless we have previously carried out a ‘professional hand-over’ with you or you are a ‘professional user’. A ‘professional user’ would be someone who has recognised qualifications in the appropriate field for the machinery they are purchasing.
All other Husqvarna products (e.g. clothing, accessories, etc) can be delivered as normal to known customers and experienced users (e.g. professional tree workers etc) or such companies who have purchasing history with us.
Despite the restrictions this policy imposes, Honey Brothers do want to make it as easy as possible for you to purchase a Husqvarna machine from us. You can use this website to reserve and pay for any Husqvarna machine for collection from our showroom in Surrey, just South of Guildford.
