| HB94 - Yale Double Esterlon Lowering Rope - 13mm
|
| Yale Double Esterlon - Technical Bull Ropes. Usually reserved for "rigging systems" approach to lowering |
| Double Braid. This is really two separate ropes in one. The core, which is a single braid, is overbraided with a sleeve. This construction allows maximum flexibility options to utilise the same or dissimilar fibers to engineer a rope suited to particular applications. This construction entirely shields one of the two rope elements from abrasion. |
| Free running in blocks – Ideal for use in lowering systems, Double Esterlon supplies unmatched rope strength and durability. Constructed using Allied Signal’s high tenacity type IW81 cordage finish polyester, Double Esterlon is the strongest polyester double braid available. Low stretch, long wear life and superior strength make Double Esterlon the rope to choose for use in lowering devices, pulleys, speedlines and rigging slings. |
Dielectric Strength - The maximum allowable leakage for new dry Double Esterlon is 1.0 milliamperes at 60 K DC volts when tested in accordance with Yale Cordage Test Method DTP-185.
Caution: Absorbed and entrained moisture or impurities will increase a rope's conductivity dramatically. |
PRICED BY THE METRE - Please stipulate the number of metres required in the QTY column of the shopping cart. |
