Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a personal cheque or place your order over the telephone on 01483 561362. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we process your order.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your order if you paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then post the form to the address at the bottom of this page.

Return / Refunds Policy

If you don't like or have changed your mind

If you wish to return the goods you have orderded, you must inform us within seven days of receiving your order in writing (either letter, fax or email). We will issue a refund on recipt of the goods. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Where an order was placed and free shipping was supplied, we will deduct this from your refund. You must get the items back to us within 14 days in a resalable condition. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days.You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the goods back to us.

Faulty or damaged Goods

You must inform us within seven days of receiving your order. We will issue a refund on recipt of the goods or exchange.In this case we can arange the collection of the goods or refund shipping charges incurred getting the items back to us..

Delivery Information

Most orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is received before 3pm! However, please allow additional days for unusal or out of stock items.

Delivery charges are calculated within the shopping cart software. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. At present, all website orders over £50 are delivered free of charge within the UK Mainland and we reserve the right to choose the appropriate method of shipping (Courier, Royal Mail etc). Orders up to £24.99 are charged at £3.95 and orders between £25 and £49.99 are charged at £7.50.

Outside of the UK Mainland and Overseas orders are welcome, delivery charges will be calculated based on the destination and weight/size of order. Delivery charges will be confirmed prior to the order being processed.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT (where applicable). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Prices displayed on this web site including special offers, are 'Web Only Prices' and as such, cannot be guaranteed to be offered in store or over the telephone.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
