All forms, payment, kit, checks must be complete before you climb! Registration will be open Friday night from 6pm for 2hrs and again on Saturday from 7.30am until walk round.

Walk round is 9.30am sharp! Events will start at 10am, anyone who has not completed all paperwork and paid by 10am will not climb.

Anyone more than 5 minutes late to their first event will be disqualified from that event tree. We have got a big field of climbers to get through so we need to run to time please.

Please make sure you camp and park as directed as we have restrictions in place form the land owners, so be considerate and obey signs and information. You might have a little walk with you kits so be prepared.

Due to venue change I will not be able to attend the whole weekend so please make the lives of those running the event for you easy by following the above timetable and book in early.

Kit inspection form is here , so print one off and fill it in to save time, it will also allow you to run through your kit to reduce surprises on the day.
